Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our market reach in rural areas by onboarding retailers and distributors. The ideal candidate should have prior FMCG sales experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in rural markets
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for tea and other FMCG products
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and consumer demand
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • Educate retailers and distributors about product benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG sales (preferably in rural markets)
  • Education: Graduate (preferred) with relevant sales experience
  • Skills: Strong communication, driving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within rural areas of Bikaner and nearby regions
