We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Agri Advisors who will be the bridge between Kisaanstar and the farmer community. This is an onsite office-based role where you will guide farmers through scientific and practical farming methods, recommend the right agricultural products, and help them achieve sustainable and profitable farming practices.

Salary: 15,000-20,000/Month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative guidance to farmers based on current and upcoming seasonal needs.
- Suggest appropriate organic fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri-inputs based on crop type, soil health, and climatic conditions.
- Maintain daily communication with farmers via calls and messages.
- Ensure accurate data entry and profile capturing of farmers in the CRM system.
- Promote digital adoption by encouraging online payments from customers.
- Stay updated with latest agri-trends, crop patterns, and government schemes to advise farmers proactively.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an impact and meet company goals.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
As you will be directly communicating with farmers from Maharashtra, the ability to speak and understand Marathi fluently is essential for this role.
